Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your item.
Please notify us before returning your order.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returns must be returned to our return address supplied, in the same condition as received within 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless agreed before the return is processed.
We will of course endeavour to deal with all returns as soon as possible, but through busy periods we may require a maximum of 7 working days to process.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the next steps. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
